Had the same problem. Go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash and launch NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe. That's it, restart MSN, the problem is gone :)

i don't have Macromed folder in my system32 folder.
ReplyDeleteI'm using 64bit windows 7 and having exactly the same problem.
ReplyDeleteI don't have "Maromed" folder in my system32 folder. It's in a folder named "SysWOW64". Run the following file solved my problem.
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\UninstFl.exe
I did the fix for the 64 bit and it worked as well..
